Peppermint Bark
When you are looking for a sweet treat for the holidays this recipe is the best! It only has a few ingredients & it does not take very long to make it! It tastes great & it will disappear as quickly as it is made!

Ingredients:
- 1/2 c. vegan vanilla protein powder
 - 1/2 c. coconut oil, melted
 - 2 T. pure maple syrup
 - Crushed peppermints
 
Directions:
- Mix the protein powder with the melted coconut oil & the pure maple syrup until smooth.
 - Spread in a prepared 9×9 baking pan that is lined with parchment paper.
 - Top with crushed peppermints.
 - Freeze for at least 30 minutes then break apart & enjoy!
 - Can be kept in the freezer for up to three months, or in the fridge for up to two weeks.
