Peppermint Bark

When you are looking for a sweet treat for the holidays this recipe is the best! It only has a few ingredients & it does not take very long to make it! It tastes great & it will disappear as quickly as it is made!

Peppermint Bark is a Free Recipe from RedKettleCook.com!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 c. vegan vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 c. coconut oil, melted
  • 2 T. pure maple syrup
  • Crushed peppermints

 

Directions:

  1. Mix the protein powder with the melted coconut oil & the pure maple syrup until smooth.
  2. Spread in a prepared 9×9 baking pan that is lined with parchment paper.
  3. Top with crushed peppermints.
  4. Freeze for at least 30 minutes then break apart & enjoy!
  5. Can be kept in the freezer for up to three months, or in the fridge for up to two weeks.
