Melt in Your Mouth Chicken Breasts
Full of flavor, moist, tender melt in your mouth chicken! Best of all, it is simple to make!

Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts, boneless & skinless.
- 1 c. mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt)
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Fresh chopped parsley (optional garnish)
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Rub down the chicken breasts with the mayonnaise.
- Stir the grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt & pepper (to taste) together.
- Then evenly coat the chicken breasts, that are covered in the mayonnaise, with the seasonings.
- Place the prepared chicken breasts in a prepared 9×13 casserole dish.
- Bake in the oven for about 40-45 minutes, or until cooked through. Then under the broiler for 1 minute to get them extra brown on top.
- Serve with the fresh chopped parsley (optional garnish) & enjoy the flavors!
