Melt in Your Mouth Chicken
The name of this recipe says it all! It is simple to make & easy to bake! There are not many ingredients in this recipe! The flavors that burst out of every bite will have you hungry for more!
Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts, boneless & skinless
- 1 c. mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt for a lighter option)
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. salt, or to taste
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper, or to taste
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Place in a lightly greased baking dish.
- In a bowl combine the mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt) Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt (to taste) & black pepper (to taste) until smooth.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through & is gold brown.
- Let rest for 5 minutes & then garnish with fresh parsley. Serve with a side salad or steamed veggies.
