Honey Garlic Sticky Chicken Noodles
Here is a recipe that will save you money ordering takeout! It is simple to make using your crockpot!

Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. chicken thighs, boneless & skinless
- 7 T. dark soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
- 7 T. honey
- 1 T. corn starch
- 1 tsp. water
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 T. sriracha
- 1 T. fresh ginger, minced
- 1/2 lb. noodles (or gluten free noodles)
- 1 T. hoisin sauce
- 2 tsp. green onions, diced (optional)
Directions:
- Add all ingredients, except the noodles, to a crockpot.
- Cook for 4-5 hours on high or cook for 7-8 hours on low.
- Cook the noodles separately according to the package instructions & then drain them.
- Once the ingredients in the crockpot are finished cooking, slightly break up the chicken, while it is in the crockpot.
- Then toss in the cooked noodles & diced green onions.
- If you want to cook the noodles in the crockpot with the chicken, then add 1 1/4 c. chicken stock, to the crockpot with the noodles. Then cook for an additional 15-20 minutes.
