Honey Garlic Crockpot Chicken Thighs

Honey Garlic Crockpot Chicken Thighs is a Free Recipe from RedKettleCook.com!

Ingredients:

  • 8 chicken breasts, boneless & skinless
  • 1 c. soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
  • 1 c. ketchup
  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 4-6 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tsp. dried basil

 

Directions:

  1. Put the chicken breasts at the bottom of a crockpot.
  2. Whisk the soy sauce (or coconut aminos), ketchup, honey, minced garlic cloves & honey together in a separate bowl.
  3. Then pour the sauce mixture over the chicken thighs. Making sure that all of the chicken breasts are covered in the sauce mixture.
  4. Put the lid on the crockpot. Then cook the chicken for 4 hours on high, or 6 hours on low.
  5. If you prefer to use the sauce like gravy, make a cornstarch slurry & add it to the crockpot. Then stir until it is well combined & the sauce is thicker.
  6. Serve the chicken over a bed of white or jasmine rice & Enjoy!
