Honey Garlic Crockpot Chicken Thighs
This recipe will knock your socks off! It is one of our favorite recipes!

Ingredients:
- 8 chicken breasts, boneless & skinless
- 1 c. soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
- 1 c. ketchup
- 1/2 c. honey
- 4-6 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp. dried basil
Directions:
- Put the chicken breasts at the bottom of a crockpot.
- Whisk the soy sauce (or coconut aminos), ketchup, honey, minced garlic cloves & honey together in a separate bowl.
- Then pour the sauce mixture over the chicken thighs. Making sure that all of the chicken breasts are covered in the sauce mixture.
- Put the lid on the crockpot. Then cook the chicken for 4 hours on high, or 6 hours on low.
- If you prefer to use the sauce like gravy, make a cornstarch slurry & add it to the crockpot. Then stir until it is well combined & the sauce is thicker.
- Serve the chicken over a bed of white or jasmine rice & Enjoy!
