Honey Garlic Chicken with Mushrooms
This is one of those meals that you will want to add to your weekly menu! It is filling & so delicious! It tastes great on its own, or on a bed of rice, or on top of some noodles!

Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts, boneless & skinless, sliced thin
- 1 c. mushrooms, sliced
- 2 T. honey
- 2 T. soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 T. olive oil
- 1 T. butter
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Directions:
- Season the chicken with salt & pepper (to taste). Then pan fry it in the olive oil until it is golden brown.
- Add butter & garlic. The sauté until fragrant.
- Toss in the mushrooms & cook until tender.
- Stir in the honey & soy sauce (or coconut aminos). Simmer until everything is glazed & caramelized.
- Serve hot with rice or noodles.
