Honey BBQ Chicken Tenders
There is nothing better than biting into a piece of crispy chicken! This recipe has the crunchiest coating & the chicken is so juicy inside of it! You will want to save this recipe & make it weekly!
Ingredients:
- 3 large chicken breasts, cut into strips to look like chicken tenders
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. cajun seasoning, optional
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper, or to taste
- 3 eggs, whisked
- 2 1/2 c. Cornflakes (unsweetened), crushed
- 1 c. flour (for coating)
Honey BBQ Sauce
(For Keto use Low Carb BBQ Sauce)
Ingredients:
- 1/2 c. sugar free BBQ sauce
- 4 T. honey
Directions:
- Season the chicken with the spices.
- Put the flour in one bowl & the eggs in another bowl. Coat the chicken in the flour, then dip it in the eggs, then roll it in the Cornflakes.
- Bake at 400°F degrees for 25 minutes or air fry at 400°F degrees for 16-18 minutes.
- Toss or brush it with the Honey BBQ sauce.
- Serve hot & enjoy!
