Homemade Scalloped Potato Mix
When making Scalloped Potatoes this is the necessary recipe to make them! It has everything you need for them to come out perfect every time!
Ingredients:
- 1 c. all purpose flour
- 1 c. corn starch
- 1/3 c. dehydrated onion flakes
- 1/4 c. parsley flakes
- 1/4 c. dried chives
- 1 T. onion powder
- 1 T. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. black pepper, or to taste
- 1 T. dry mustard powder
- 1/2 T. Italian seasoning
Directions:
- Whisk everything together in a bowl until well incorporated.
- Transfer to an airtight container.
- When making Scalloped Potatoes, for every 3 c. of potato slices in the casserole dish, use 1/2 c. of this Scalloped Potato Mix with 2 3/4 c. of water. Pour the water over the potato slices & bake at 350° F for 45 minutes to an hour. Or until the potatoes are fork-tender. Enjoy!
