High Protein Queso Dip
This is one of those dips that you do not want to miss! It is packed with protein! It has great flavors that will make your mouth hungry for more!

Ingredients:
- 2 c. cottage cheese
- 1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2-3 T. taco seasoning
- 1/2 c. water (if you prefer to make it thinner)
Directions:
- Put all ingredients in a blender & then blend until it is creamy & without any lumps.
- It can be eaten immediately, but it is better if it is warmed up, in the microwave oven!
- Eat it with tortilla chips, on tacos, or with your favorite gluten free chips!
