If you enjoy eating cookie dough before it is cooked & you are following a low carb/keto diet then this recipe is for you! It is high in protein & it tastes divine!

High Protein Peanut Butter & Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough is a Free Recipe from RedKettleCook.com!

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 almond flour
  • 1/2 c. peanut butter
  • 1/2 c. pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 c. coconut oil
  • 1 tsp. of of vanilla
  • 6 oz. dark chocolate chips

 

Directions:

  1. Mix all of the ingredients together except for the dark chocolate chips, until well combined.
  2. Then add the dark chocolate chips & stir to evenly distribute them.
  3. Chill at least 1 hour before eating and/or baking.
