High Protein Buffalo Chicken Dip

If you love Buffalo chicken dip but want a weight-loss friendly recipe that is still cheesy, creamy & crave worthy then this recipe is for you!

High Protein Buffalo Chicken Dip is a Free Recipe from RedKettleCook.com!

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz. chicken breast, cooked & shredded
  • 2 oz. low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 oz. low-fat feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 oz. low-fat cottage cheese, blended until smooth
  • Buffalo sauce, to taste
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/4 c. green onions (optional garnish)
  • 1 T. fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a bowl mix the shredded chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled feta cheese, cottage cheese, Buffalo sauce (to taste), garlic powder & onion powder.
  3. Transfer everything to a prepared casserole dish. Top with more cheese, if desired.
  4. Bake for 10-15 minutes until hot & bubbly.
  5. Top with green onions or chopped fresh parsley (optional garnishes).

 

Tips:

  • Pair with cucumber slices, celery sticks, or bell pepper strips for a low carb & high protein snack.
  • Or use as a topping over salads for a protein packed meal.
