Healthy Twix Cups
If you love the popular candy bar, but are on a keto or low carb diet, then this recipe is for you! The taste is nearly the same but without the high calories of the candy bar!

Ingredients:
- 2 c. almond flour
 - 1/4 c. pure maple syrup
 - 1/4 c. olive oil
 - 1 tsp. vanilla
 - 1/2 tsp. flaky sea salt, optional topping
 - Chocolate chips or chocolate bar (dark or semi-sweet), melted
 
Ingredients for the Caramel Center:
- 1 c. creamy peanut butter
 - 1/4 c. pure maple syrup
 - 1/4 c. olive oil
 - 1 tsp. vanilla
 
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
 - Mix together all of the ingredients for the cupcakes in a bowl until they are creamy.
 - In a prepared cupcake pan, add the cupcake batter, until it is about 1/3 full. Bake for 15 minutes.
 - Mix all of the Caramel Center ingredients together using a whisk or a handheld mixer. Mix them until they are creamy & smooth.
 - Then add the Caramel Center ingredients, until the cupcake pan is about 3/4 full.
 - Top with the melted chocolate & freeze for 2 hours.Top with flaky sea salt, if desired.
