Healthy High Protein Homemade Tomato Soup
There is nothing like a bowl of Hot Homemade Tomato Soup & a Grilled Cheese sandwich on a cold winter’s day! Especially when the soup has only three ingredients in it!

Ingredients:
- 1 c. marinara sauce
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 1 c. broth (chicken or vegetable)
Directions:
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth.
- Heat the ingredients up in a saucepan, on medium heat, until the soup is warm enough to eat.
- Pair the soup with a grilled cheese sandwich, or some other low carb/keto chips & savor the flavors!
