Green Juice
This is a great way to get your daily greens without eating wheat grass!
Ingredients:
- 1 bunch curly kale, roughly chopped
- 1 large lemon, peeled and quartered
- 1 inch ginger, peeled
- 1 large cucumber, cut into long strips
- 2 large granny smith apples, cored and sliced
- 4 whole celery stalks
Instructions:
- Wash and prep veggies.
- Juice in the order listed above.
- Strain through a sieve (Optional, if you don’t like the pulp)
- Drink immediately and enjoy!
