This homemade powder mix gives rich, velvety hot chocolate without mystery ingredients! Just whisk it into hot milk, or water & you have instant cozy comfort!

Ingredients:

• 2 c. milk powder/powdered milk
• 2 c. confectioners sugar/powdered sugar
• 1 c. unsweetened cocoa powder

Directions:

1. Set a sifter inside of a bowl.
2. Pour in the milk powder, the confectioner’s sugar & the unsweetened cocoa powder.
3. Sift all of the ingredients thoroughly into the bowl, making sure to get all of the lumps out.
4. Once everything is sifted & in the bowl. Then stir everything together so that it is well incorporated.
5. Pour it into a jars with a tight fitting lids.
6. When making hot chocolate, mix 1/2 c. of this DIY Hot Chocolate Mix, with 1/2 c. hot water or milk. Top with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, or add a peppermint stick!
