Crunch Bars
These are incredibly easy to make, yet super hard to resist! They will make a great snack, a quick energy boost & or a great gift!

Ingredients:
- 9 oz. dark or semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 c. puffed rice cereal (or gluten free puffed rice cereal)
Directions:
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave. Feel free to add up to 1 T. coconut oil to help it melt, if needed.
- Then add the puffed rice cereal to the melted chocolate & stir until fully coated. If the mixture seems too runny, add a little more puffed rice cereal.
- Pour the mixture into an 8 x 5 inch loaf pan that is lined with parchment paper. For a finishing touch, you might want to sprinkle flaky sea salt on top (optional).
- Refrigerate for several hours, or until it is firm to the touch. Once it is set, remove from the fridge & slice it into bars. If the chocolate is too hard to cut, let it sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
- Store any leftovers in the refrigerator.
