Creamy Garlic Ramen

Ramen by itself is not that special. But when you add the ingredients below, it kicks it up a notch & makes it have an unbelievable taste! This is one of those recipes that you will want to make every week!

Ingredients:

For the Ramen:

  • 2 pkgs. of Instant Ramen (discard the seasoning pack)
  • 1 lb. organic chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 2 T. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp. organic chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. organic paprika
  • Organic salt & pepper, to taste

 

For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:

  • 2 T. butter
  • 1 T. organic crushed garlic
  • 1 c. heavy cream
  • 1/2 c. organic chicken broth
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. organic red pepper flakes, optional

 

For Garnish (optional):

  • Organic Green onions, sliced
  • Organic sesame seeds
  • Organic baby spinach
  • Soft boiled eggs
  • Organic shredded cheese

 

Directions:

  1. Prepare ramen according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sprinkle chicken with chili powder, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper. Put in oil in skillet and heat, then
    add chicken. Cook for 5-7 minutes until done. Set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
    Pour in heavy cream & chicken broth, stirring to combine. Add the Parmesan cheese & red
    pepper flakes (optional). Simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.
  4. Add the cooked chicken & ramen noodles to the skillet with sauce. Garnish as you please.
  5. Serve hot.
