Creamy Garlic Ramen
Ramen by itself is not that special. But when you add the ingredients below, it kicks it up a notch & makes it have an unbelievable taste! This is one of those recipes that you will want to make every week!
Ingredients:
For the Ramen:
- 2 pkgs. of Instant Ramen (discard the seasoning pack)
- 1 lb. organic chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 2 T. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp. organic chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. organic paprika
- Organic salt & pepper, to taste
For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
- 2 T. butter
- 1 T. organic crushed garlic
- 1 c. heavy cream
- 1/2 c. organic chicken broth
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. organic red pepper flakes, optional
For Garnish (optional):
- Organic Green onions, sliced
- Organic sesame seeds
- Organic baby spinach
- Soft boiled eggs
- Organic shredded cheese
Directions:
- Prepare ramen according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Sprinkle chicken with chili powder, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper. Put in oil in skillet and heat, then
add chicken. Cook for 5-7 minutes until done. Set aside. - In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream & chicken broth, stirring to combine. Add the Parmesan cheese & red
pepper flakes (optional). Simmer until the sauce thickens slightly. - Add the cooked chicken & ramen noodles to the skillet with sauce. Garnish as you please.
- Serve hot.
