Cookie Dough Bark
This is a high protein treat that might help you lose weight! You do not have to bake it, so it goes together quickly! The taste is out of this world!

Ingredients:
- 1/2 c. vanilla protein
 - 1/2 c. almond flour
 - 1/4 c. pure maple syrup
 - 1/4 c. coconut oil
 - Chocolate chips, measure to your heart’s desire
 
Topping Ingredients:
- 1/4 c. chocolate chips
 - 1 T. coconut oil
 - Sprinkle of sea salt, optional
 
Directions:
- Combine the vanilla protein, almond flour & pure maple syrup together. Then roll into a thin layer onto a parchment paper or a silicone mat to form a crust.
 - Melt the chocolate chips & the coconut oil in the microwave. Then spread it over the top of the crust.
 - Put it in the freezer until it is cold enough so that the chocolate is hardened.
 - Break it apart to serve for dessert. Can be kept in the freezer for up to three months, or in the fridge for up to two weeks.
