Easy Breezy BBQ Pulled Pork
This recipe is phenomenal! It has all the flavors & none of the fuss!

Ingredients:
- 1 c. ketchup
- 1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
- 2 T. light or dark brown sugar
- 2 T. honey
- 1 T. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 T. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- Salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 pork butt
Directions:
- In a medium-sized saucepan combine the ketchup, the brown sugar, honey, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt (to taste), freshly ground black pepper & cayenne pepper (optional).
- Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally to a simmer & then lower the heat to low. Let cook for 10-15 minutes, or until the sauce thickens & melds into BBQ magic. Taste the sweetness, or tanginess of the sauce. Add more honey, or sugar, if it is too tangy. Add more cayenne pepper if you like it spicier.
- On a baking sheet, spread out the pork butt & cover it with the BBQ sauce. Put it in the oven on Broil until the BBQ sauce becomes a little caramelized.
- Shred the pork until it is broken up. Then add it to a slider bun & enjoy the goodness!
