Fluffy Perfect Jasmine Rice
If you want your rice to come out perfect every time, then this recipe is a keeper! It has an amazing flavor, with just a hint of tomato & is an ideal side dish for just about any main course!

Ingredients:
- 1 T. neutral oil (vegetable, canola or sunflower)
- 1/8 of a yellow onion
- 2 c. jasmine rice
- 4 c. water
- 2 tsp. Knorr Granulated Tomato Bouillon with Chicken Flavor
- 1 tsp. chicken bouillon
- 1 dash of cumin
- 1 dash of garlic powder
Directions:
- In a large skillet on medium-high heat, add the oil & give it a few seconds to heat up.
- Then add the piece of yellow onion.
- Next pour in the jasmine rice & give it a quick mix so that the rice gets coated with the oil. Cook it until the jasmine rice gets a golden brown color.
- Once the rice is browned, add the water to the skillet.
- Then add the Knorr Granulated Tomato Bouillon with Chicken Flavor & the chicken bouillon. Next add the cumin & the garlic powder. Mix everything together so that it is well combined.
- Cover the skillet for 20 minutes while turning the heat down to low.
- Once the rice is done, use a rubber spatula, or a wooden spoon to fluff it up.
- Then it is ready to eat as a side dish with just about any main course!
