Chicken Mozzarella Bombs
These are a mouthful of delicious goodness! From the first bite to the last bite your taste buds will be humming! They are amazing as a meal by themselves, or they can be paired with a salad for a high protein supper!

Ingredients:
- 2 c. chicken breasts, cooked & shredded
 - 1 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded
 - 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, freshly shredded
 - 1/2 c. cream cheese, softened
 - 1 tsp. garlic powder
 - 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
 - Salt & pepper, to taste
 - 1 T. fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)
 
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
 - In a large bowl combine the chicken, shredded mozzarella cheese, freshly shredded Parmesan cheese, softened cream cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt (to taste) & pepper (to taste). Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
 - Using your hands, form the mixture into small round balls (aka bombs) & place them on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper or has been sprayed with non-stick spray.
 - Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the bombs are golden brown on top.
 - Garnish with the chopped fresh parsley (if desired) & enjoy them while they are hot!
