High Protein Buffalo Chicken Dip
If you love Buffalo chicken dip but want a weight-loss friendly recipe that is still cheesy, creamy & crave worthy then this recipe is for you!

Ingredients:
- 4 oz. chicken breast, cooked & shredded
 - 2 oz. low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
 - 2 oz. low-fat feta cheese, crumbled
 - 2 oz. low-fat cottage cheese, blended until smooth
 - Buffalo sauce, to taste
 - 1 tsp. garlic powder
 - 1 tsp. onion powder
 - 1/4 c. green onions (optional garnish)
 - 1 T. fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)
 
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
 - In a bowl mix the shredded chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled feta cheese, cottage cheese, Buffalo sauce (to taste), garlic powder & onion powder.
 - Transfer everything to a prepared casserole dish. Top with more cheese, if desired.
 - Bake for 10-15 minutes until hot & bubbly.
 - Top with green onions or chopped fresh parsley (optional garnishes).
 
Tips:
- Pair with cucumber slices, celery sticks, or bell pepper strips for a low carb & high protein snack.
 - Or use as a topping over salads for a protein packed meal.
