Homemade Healthy Chick-fil-A Sauce
No need to run out to your favorite chicken restaurant, just to get their dipping sauce! This recipe is a healthier version than theirs is & it will leave your taste buds singing!
Makes 12 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1/2 c. Greek yogurt, fat-free or full-fat
- 1/2 c. light mayonnaise or Light Miracle Whip
- 1/4 c. milk (can use any milk like 1% white milk)
- 1 garlic clove
- Juice from 1/2 of a lemon
- 2 T. dry mustard powder
- 2 T. ketchup (can use no-sugar ketchup)
- 1 T. honey
- 1 T. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt, or to taste
- 1/4 tsp. pepper, or to taste
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender.
- Blend until smooth & creamy.
- Store in an airtight container for up to one month in the refrigerator.
- Can be used on a burger, as a dip for chicken and/or used for any other kind of sauce of your choice!
