Keto Bang Bang Chicken Thighs

High in protein, this recipe is low in calories & tastes awesome! It is the sauce that makes it so delicious! It is a sheet pan dish that is sure to please your taste buds!

Ingredients:

  • 6 boneless & skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 T. olive oil
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 c. green onions, diced
  • 1/4 c. red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 T. dried parsley flakes (optional topping)

 

Ingredients for the Sauce:

  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp. sriracha
  • 1/4 c. chili garlic sauce
  • 1 T. honey

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F.
  2. Put the chicken thighs in a bowl. Pour on the olive oil then season with salt & pepper (to taste).
  3. Add the onion powder, garlic powder & paprika to the chicken thighs. Stir well to coat all of the chicken thighs.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken thighs on a sheet pan, lined with aluminum foil, or sprayed with non-stick spray.
  5. Bake the chicken thighs for about 45 minutes, or until the internal temp. is 165 F. Then broil them for 2-3 minutes to char them, being careful not to burn them.
  6. Brush the Sauce on top of the chicken thighs. Then add the parsley to the top of the chicken thighs.
  7. Return it to the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until the sauce is thickened & covers the chicken thighs thoroughly.
  8. Let sit for 5 minutes while the juices meld. Then serve & savor the wonderful flavors!
