Keto Bang Bang Chicken Thighs
High in protein, this recipe is low in calories & tastes awesome! It is the sauce that makes it so delicious! It is a sheet pan dish that is sure to please your taste buds!
Ingredients:
- 6 boneless & skinless chicken thighs
- 1 T. olive oil
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 c. green onions, diced
- 1/4 c. red bell pepper, diced
- 1 T. dried parsley flakes (optional topping)
Ingredients for the Sauce:
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. sriracha
- 1/4 c. chili garlic sauce
- 1 T. honey
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375° F.
- Put the chicken thighs in a bowl. Pour on the olive oil then season with salt & pepper (to taste).
- Add the onion powder, garlic powder & paprika to the chicken thighs. Stir well to coat all of the chicken thighs.
- Place the seasoned chicken thighs on a sheet pan, lined with aluminum foil, or sprayed with non-stick spray.
- Bake the chicken thighs for about 45 minutes, or until the internal temp. is 165 F. Then broil them for 2-3 minutes to char them, being careful not to burn them.
- Brush the Sauce on top of the chicken thighs. Then add the parsley to the top of the chicken thighs.
- Return it to the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until the sauce is thickened & covers the chicken thighs thoroughly.
- Let sit for 5 minutes while the juices meld. Then serve & savor the wonderful flavors!
