This book is much more that a cookbook.  The author not only shares her favorite recipes, but stories of her travel adventures and how they correlate to the recipes within it.  The photographs are stunning…food photography at its very best and the account of how she came across each recipe is endearing.  This book is not only practical, but entertaining.  I highly recommend it.
